Download StudioTrackr from the App Store, open the app, and tap "Register". Enter your name, email, and password. You'll receive a verification email to confirm your account, and you're ready to go.

Yes! StudioTrackr is a native app optimised for iPhone, iPad, and Mac. Your data syncs across all devices through your account.

If you cancel, you keep access until the end of your current billing period. After that, your data is preserved, but you won't be able to create new sessions until you resubscribe.
Yes. VersaWave BV is based in Belgium, StudioTrackr is fully GDPR-compliant and your data is stored on servers in the European Economic Area (EEA). You can export or delete your data at any time. Read our Privacy Policy for full details.
Yes. Clients read the consent form and sign directly on your iPhone or iPad. A parent or guardian can sign on behalf of minors, and the name, signature, and date are stamped on every page of the PDF. StudioTrackr currently focuses on session revenue and inventory costs. You can track session payments, VAT, and supplier pricing on inventory items to get a clear picture of your studio's finances.
We're currently available on Apple platforms (iPhone, iPad, Mac). An Android version is on our roadmap. Follow our blog for updates.
You set a studio share per artist: the percentage of every session that goes to the studio, the rest is for the artist. It is filled in automatically on every new session of that artist and you can change it per session, for example for a guest spot. Filter your sessions by artist and period, and you see straight away what is for the artist and what is for the studio. More in our guide Running a tattoo studio with multiple artists.
