We built StudioTrackr to change that. It's a single, purpose-built app that handles clients, sessions, inventory, team management, and analytics. Designed specifically for tattoo artists, piercers, and creative studio professionals.
StudioTrackr is built and maintained by a small independent team in Belgium (VersaWave BV). The idea started when our founder, a developer who picked up tattooing as a hobby, spent time in studios and noticed something missing. The tools artists relied on to run their business simply weren't built for the way creative studios actually work.
That gap between what existed and what was needed became the spark for StudioTrackr. Combining software expertise with a genuine understanding of the studio environment, we set out to build the app we wished had existed from day one.
Your data belongs to you. We're fully GDPR-compliant, don't use tracking or analytics SDKs, and store tokens securely in the iOS Keychain.
Every screen, every interaction is hand-crafted. We obsess over the details so you don't have to think twice about how the app works.
